Brian Searcy joins Rush on Unfinished Business, the show for veterans pursuing new missions after the uniform and for the families and communities who stand beside them. A retired United States Air Force Colonel, Brian spent twenty-three years learning what leadership looks like when preparation, judgment, and action carry real consequences, from AWACS operations during Iraq’s invasion of Kuwait to the Combined Air Operations Center.
One principle still drives his work: you do not rise to the occasion, you fall to the level of your preparation.
